Cancel your plan within 14 days

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first box from us. If you withdraw, this means your ongoing subscription will be cancelled and we will refund payments received from you for eligible goods.

If you have received your first box from us more than 14 days ago, you are no longer able to withdraw from your subscription.  Alternatively, you can contact our team here who will be happy to help cancel your subscription or you can log into your account and manage your subscription there.

Once you submit this form, we will confirm receipt of the form immediately via email. If we are unable to match the information included in this form to an account, we will contact you via the contact details on the form. If we are able to match the information included in this form to an account and you are eligible to withdraw, we will process your cancellation and make a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of this form.

Please note, while withdrawal will cancel your entire subscription going forward, our meals are perishable and are therefore not eligible for a refund. Any products in your box that are not meals (such as treats or chews) are eligible for a refund.
